¿Es facil soldar la base de una CPU?

¿Se puede hacer con una estacion de soldadura normal, o se necesita una maquina de "reballing"?
Tengo una placa con socket 1155 que se le ha roto un pin, me he comprado la base de la CPU, por 8 dolares, pero nunca he soldado/desoldado un socket de estos, ¿Es facil o la tiro?
lo que me extraña es que dicen que cuando la reciba es probable que tenga humedad, que la meta en una camara (baking chamber ) a 100 grados durante 24 horas

BGA chips are easily get broken by improper soldering. Before buying, you should consider 3 points:
1) Have you bought the right chips?
2) Do you have proper equipment?
3) Are you skillful enough to solder the chips?"
otra pregunta, merece la pena comprarse un pepino de placa, o se puede usar una de marca conocida y barata, yo siempre he sido de los que he comprado una placa cara, pero en la actualidad con una placa con una ranura para colocar una tarjeta de video o dos ranuras, creo que es suficiente. asi que una placa de asus, gigabyte, asrock o biostar, entre otras, entre 60 y 90 euros es mas que suficiente, siempre que no quieras hace overclocking y cosas de esas.
